IDF operated a fleet spread across two continents, with different pricing grids per country and per season. Bookings came in by phone and SMS, making it impossible to optimise fleet utilisation. The challenge: a self-contained booking platform, multi-currency, capable of computing a final price in under a second and instantly blocking the vehicle.
React front-end backed by a Laravel / MySQL back-end. The pricing engine combines a base grid, seasonal modulation, rental duration, and options to deliver a final price indexed to the visitor's currency. Hosts access a dedicated console to add vehicles, adjust rates, and track revenue. Stripe integration for payments and automatic dispatch of an electronically signed PDF contract.
