La Proue Inc. needed to move their recruitment process off spreadsheets and generic job boards and onto a platform that reflected the specialised nature of their candidate pool. The challenge: build a bilingual (FR/EN) matching interface that gives employers filtered visibility into vetted candidates, lets recruiters manage pipeline stages internally, and ships fast enough to support an active hiring season.
Web platform built with Next.js for a fast, SEO-friendly bilingual frontend. Supabase handles authentication, the candidate/employer database, and real-time pipeline updates. A custom recruiter dashboard lets La Proue staff manage candidate status, flag top matches, and communicate with employers — all without exposing the full candidate pool publicly. Role-based access control separates the employer view, candidate profile portal, and internal admin layer.
